Richard Todd, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP
Richard Todd has over 40 years experience in the general management of architectural offices and firms, with responsibility for all projects and over view of staff. Responsibilities include design and production of large, complex, highly technical facilities including multi-story offices, data centers, laboratories, telecommunications, health, educational and government facilities and theaters, specializing in multi-family fire damage repair / reconstruction.
His experience includes coordinating the total A/E effort for specific projects, ensuring design intent and owner criteria have been met, and monitoring performances of A/E personnel for conformity to established scope, schedule and budgets; interfacing with various planning and zoning boards and other regulatory agencies involved in the design and construction process; negotiating contracts with clients, contractors and special consultants; assisting in the preparation of financial proposals including pro forma and loan requests for clients.

B.S. Degree in Architectural Engineering Technology
